About Me

I am a drone enthusiast that has been flying drones for the last few years. My skills mainly specialize in Aerial Photography and Cinematography. My services are ideal for real estate (both residential and commercial) and building inspections. I also offer pre-purchase home inspections for roof condition, including associated gutter conditions. and can provide personalized video editing with your logo and message available. This is where my services come in to fill the void. With GTA Roof Inspector, my services will give you the reassurance your roof is in good condition or in need of repair without the need to risk yourself going up on the roof, or simply if you do not own a ladder or have access to one.

Services

My service offerings are simple. You will email me which package you would want and the location of the property you are looking to inspect. The property owner will be required to fill out a waiver of consent to give us permission to be on their property for the specified amount of time. My services are ideal for individuals or companies who are:

1. Residential properties who do not have access to a ladder or do not want to risk their own well-being
2. Real estate agents or companies looking for information on roof condition
3. Home inspection companies who do not want to go up on the roof

A report will be provided to you with pictures of the roof of the property from North, East, West and South facing direction. Additional information given if other packages purchased (including video).

Philosophy

My philosophy is to empower you with the confidence you need to buy this vehicle, or at least know what you are getting yourself into. I am a believer of value for your money and this is what separates me from other roof inspections ervices. I don't charge an arm and a leg for my services. I do this because I want other people to make informed decisions at an affordable cost. I offer referral bonuses as well. Please inquire.

    You will contact me with which package you are seeking ad and I will provide you with a quote of initial cost based on location

    SERVICE AGREEMENT

    Using Services

    At this point, we enter into a service agreement and I will require you to have consent from the property owner for my services. I will set up a time with the property owner when I will be on site completing the inspection.

  • THIRD

    ASSESSMENT COMPLETED

    Inspection

    The inspection will be completed and photos/video will be provided to the buyer of the service within 48 hours. The service agreement will be finished.
